BRAD PELLETIER, SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT, OKANAGAN

Brad is Senior Vice-President of Okanagan and is responsible for all aspects of Wesbild’s Okanagan projects and operations, including Predator Ridge and Turtle Mountain. From east to west coast, he has worked and done business in every major Canadian market. Brad joined Wesbild in 2011 with a unique understanding of and deep expertise in both land development and operating businesses and has over 25 years of experience working with and consulting to some of the most notable resort developments in Canada. He delivers a consumer mindset driven by detailed marketing and sales strategies executed through custom–designed experiences. 

Brad joined Wesbild from Melcor, a fully-integrated real estate development and asset management company, where he was Vice-President of Kelowna Region, and President of Melcor Lakeside. Prior to Melcor, Brad was Senior Vice-President and Managing Director for IMG Canada, where he led the exponential growth and repositioning of this division within the world’s largest sports and entertainment management company. He is a graduate of University of New Brunswick and holds a graduate degree from London School of Economics. 

He has served on boards of national golf and sports associations as well as several charitable boards.
