RANDY ZIEN, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

Randy is Deputy Chairman of Peris and the previous President of Wesbild from 1998 to 2008. For over 20 years, Randy has helped shape Wesbild’s company vision and its strategic positioning as an enterprising, multi-faceted real estate developer. 

Randy holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia. For many years, he practiced as Senior Tax Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais in Vancouver with a specialty in the real estate industry. 

He is currently the Chair of UBC Properties Trust, as well as a member of  Belkorp Industries Board and The Fuller Group of Companies Advisory Council. Randy is also President of the Morningside Homeowners’ Association and Chair of Big Sky Golf Club. His past board affiliations include Future Shop, the Coquitlam Builders’ Trust, Collingwood School, the Urban Development Institute and British Columbia Building Corporation. He is a past Governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and for several years was an adjunct professor at UBC Law School.
