Predator Ridge has partnered with 2 Kelowna-based companies to bring geothermal services to Whitetail:
- GeoTility Geothermal Installations Corp – who has been designing, installing, and servicing geothermal heating and cooling systems for more than 20 years and is Canada’s largest comprehensive geothermal contractor.
- Terrasource Geothermal Utility Services – who provide the exterior portion of the geothermal heating and cooling systems, which each Whitetail home has the option to connect to.
All geothermal systems in Whitetail have been installed in a utility application that will reduce the capital costs of the technology while offering customers stable energy costs in the future.
By implementing geothermal heating and cooling technology, residents will see significant reduction in home maintenance costs, while eliminating thousands of tons of green house gas emissions annually. All the while providing residents with all the lifestyle benefits of lower maintenance, longer life cycle and the elimination of unsightly, noisy outdoor air conditioning units.
