Wesbild’s Kevin Layden Panelist at UDI 2015 Forecast Lunch

Each year the Urban Development Institute (UDI) hosts their annual Forecast Lunch in January. This year the UDI event attracted 1125 attendees and featured Brian McCauley of Concert Properties moderating a discussion with Neil Chrystal of Polygon Homes, David Negrin of Aquilini Development and Wesbild’s own President & CEO, Kevin Layden.

The informative presentations and Q&A gave the audience insight into the changing retail market, housing sales and immigration trends, the office construction boom, and the importance of working with First Nations groups.
